Community on campus

Community

The UvA has four campuses at different locations in the city. These campuses are home to numerous parties that actively contribute to the university’s education, research and valorisation, including students, staff and knowledge institutions. They form a community that regularly organises gatherings and events focusing on social themes. This community also includes other key players, such as the municipality, business owners and local residents.

Inspiration, collaboration and knowledge exchange

Our university aims to create communities where all these parties can meet face-to-face, so that they can inspire each other, develop ideas, exchange knowledge and forge new partnerships. This extremely beneficial for education, research and the city of Amsterdam itself.

What communities are there within the UvA?

UvA Green Office
