Renovation of the Library Learning Centre and catering facilities
Since the 1st of September 2014 the new Library Learning Centre at Roetersstraat 11 (building H) has open its doors: the modern library facility will offer study places, a range of collections, services, facilities and expert staff. With the completion of Building H, over 800 new study places were added.

In addition to a diverse range of study workspaces, the Centre will be equipped with the following facilities:
A modern library facility
Tutorial rooms;
Café De Krater;
Agora (and caterer Eurest) is situated at the ground floor. Hot meals are served around lunch and dinner times. After the summer, the Centre will also offer space where students and staff can study or consult (in separate rooms, if necessary);
The University Library service desk;
The three old training rooms on the third floor have been replaced by three new, larger rooms on the first, second and third floors. The former Symposium and Spylia room on the ground floor will be converted into two quiet study rooms with 33 and 34 spaces, respectively.
The building was designed by Pi de Bruin. PUUR Interieurarchitecten was responsible for the new interior design.
